| This time a year, chocolate (and love) is in the air. But, before
you begin nimbling on that delicious milk or German chocolate from your
love muffin, why not consider dark chocolate? I used to abhor the
stuff, giving it to my father who apparently never thought to tell me
one important thing--it's straight-up healthy, dog.
1) It's lowers blood pressure
2) It's an antioxidant...which takes away free radicals...which cause cancer.
As I discovered while in Europe, dark chocolate comes in different %'s. And, the higher the %, the better.

| Here it is two days after Christmas, and it's 80 degrees in Texas.

| Well, school is finally over. Everyone is leaving. It's
going to be so peaceful on campus now. What an exciting break I
have. First of all, my mother is graduating tomorrow. After
6 children and 35 years of marriage, she's finally getting her
degree. Next, she'll go to graduate school to study
counseling. I'm so proud. On the agenda next week is my
sister's wedding. Just eight days left. It's pretty crazy
to think about my darling sister finally getting married. After
that is Christmas. All my brothers will be in town for the
wedding, which is also quite exciting. And then, as I've
previously mentioned, just a few days after Christmas, I'll be heading
off to London for travel. From London, my friends and I will head
to Rome. After two weeks pass in Europe, it'll be back to school
for preparation for school to start. Well, maybe I shouldn't take
that online mini-term after all...

| I'm an idiot.
I was feeling a little sick the past two days. So, I get the itch
to go workout--and I workout hard. Now, I'm more sick.
